ABOUT DAVE GILMAN

Dave has over 25 years of experience in executive search.   Hired as an executive recruiter at FP Lennon Associates, owned and operated by Frank Lennon who was a former VP of Human Resources at SAP America from 1989-1996.  Dave specialized in the placement of enterprise software sales executives and consultants in a variety of software and IT services vendors across the US.  He also placed many IT delivery executives and managers across a variety of clients including SAP America, Deloitte Consulting, Cap Gemini, Oracle, KPMG, Siebel, and others.  He was a top producer every year at FP Lennon.

Dave’s passion for the industry drove him to start his own executive search company in 2004 called David Allen Associates, LLC, specializing in the placement of sales executives.  In 2007, he wanted to scale his business and formed G&S Executive Resources with a former colleague from FP Lennon, focusing on a similar client base of software and IT services vendors.  Successful engagements included Tech Mahindra, iGATE, Capgemini, TCS, UST Global, SAP America, and others.

Dave has 2 children, a 19-year-old daughter Raya, and a 20-year-old son Scott, and his favorite kid is his dog named Buster.  Dave has an amazing girlfriend, Beth.  Dave loves Orange Theory Fitness, fishing with his son, and is a typical Philadelphia sports nut.

Work We Do

We handle the entire recruitment process.  We provide three candidate matches for each need.  We arrange interview schedules and coordination of conversations and discussions.  We close the candidate and determine start dates.  We become an extension of the client we are working with.  We are in constant communication through the candidate close.  The agreed-upon fee is charged after the candidate has joined your company.  Our standard contingency fee is 20% of the candidate’s first year base salary.

Our Contained Search

Our containment model is utilized by our clients hiring a large sales team.  A A one-time fee is charged upfront, and a percent of the container fee is removed from each hire at an agreed upon discounted percent fee.
